Changes

This is something that happens a lot. And also that needs to happen soon.

Changes.

I change my mind. My hair color. My clothes.

I need to change my diet. My exercise plan. My organizational skills.

In the last 3 1/2 weeks, I have gained 4 pounds.

I have 3 weeks until I move. I have almost nothing organized or packed.

I’m at a loss. I just don’t know what to do. I have NO motivation, I’m always in a grumpy mood, and I ALWAYS want to eat. I’m easily distracted, so when I come up to my room to pack or clean, I usually end up on the computer or making things.

I basically hate working out for long periods of time. I hate cleaning. It all just seems so tedious and boring to me…

I need help.

  2. I am in the same boat.. A slump! I am NOT happy with my weight but instead of working out.... I eat more junk! I wish it would just disappear.

  3. I had to resort to paying my friend the money it would cost her and another friend, who she'd be grabbing along the way, to come up to Logan from Orem to HELP me pack, becuase my little one had head lice and has been home like the entire last month and it's just been a big fat ugly mess. Eww!
    That said. I second what miss Jenifer said. I'm not happy and I've not even really been trying to work on it, I start and then I backslide. I'm hoping the big move in TWO WEEKS will help me. Yeah.
